PAYMENT: Payments must be made at time of purchase.
SHIPPING: Most of our items are shipped within 1-3 business days during normal operations. You will receive a notice once your item has shipped and is on the way. Please note that around holidays or sales, our shipping schedule may differ. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. We do not ship internationally at this time.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: We charge a small handling fee with each order. This ensures we have all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. All shipping rates are passed along. We do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. Please note: We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unresponsiveness.
ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.
MISSING PACKAGES: During COVID, we are waiving the signature confirmation. If you would like signature confirmation to be added to your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to add this to your order. We are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the USPS but is missing to you. It is not the responsibility of ANA Soap Co. or the USPS to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is missing, please contact your local USPS office.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The information provided above removes us from liability: we have no recourse to resolve the situation financially.
PRODUCT RETURNS: We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.
ALLERGY WARNING: We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may come in contact with another ingredient. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you. Please contact us if you have questions.
PRODUCT WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS: It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Please be aware of personal allergies. Please spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. ANA Soap Co.
