Bath Bomb Making Class Waiver

I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below in connection with my participation in the bath bomb making class hosted by Ana Soap Company LLC.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in the class involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, the use of ingredients and materials, handling of equipment, and potential exposure to allergens. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the bath bomb class.

2. Health and Safety: I affirm that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the class. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and to use caution and common sense during the class to minimize any risk of injury.

3. Non-Refundable Fees: I understand and agree that the fees paid for the class are non-refundable, except in the event that the host cancels the class for any reason. In such a case, I will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

4. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ana Soap Company LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the class, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss.

5. Photography and Media Release: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the class for promotional and marketing purposes by the host.

6. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio. Any disputes arising out of or related to this waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.

By purchasing the bath bomb class, you agree that you have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. You voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions.
